Do Your Joints Predict The Weather?

RSI-symptomsI was just looking at a popular weather app on my smartphone. They now have an “aches and pains” forecast! Who would have thought?
Do you remember your Grandparents or Parents predicting the weather with their aching bones and joints? Even worse, are you predicting the weather with your joints and bones? Please leave a comment if you can relate!

Mine definitely do. After having ACL surgery a year and a half ago, I notice that it gets a bit more achy when it is starting to get colder out, and takes a bit longer to warm up when doing anything active. I am only 28! 🙂

great article guys. barometric pressure (changes with weather) definitely causes a change in how we feel, our muscles, aches and pains. completely agree with this.
