Our clinic was born out of the desire to help people manage and eliminate their pain. We work with a variety of clients including children, adults, and athletes, as well as individuals suffering from work-related injuries and motor vehicle accidents. We help people who are suffering from painful muscle conditions and chronic pain, and those who need help with injury rehabilitation. For those with no specific issues, we can help improve your overall wellness.
Richard Russ, LMT (PA, OH) CMMT, AMTA
Richard is a 1996 graduate of The National Institute of Massotherapy, licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Massage Therapy, the Ohio State Medical Board, a Certified Master Medical Massage Therapist by the Medical Massage Office and Associates and a professional member of The American Massage Therapy Association.

Melanie is a 2011 graduate of the Pittsburgh Technical Institute in Oakdale, PA. She is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Massage Therapy and a professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

Andrea Joy, LMT (PA), ABMP
Andrea Joy is a 2005 graduate of Western School of Health and Business Careers in Pittsburgh, PA. She is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Massage Therapy and a professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

Barbara Adams, LMT (PA), AMTA
Barb graduated from the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA in 1988. She was the Owner of Hara Wellness Center in Franklin, NH from 1989-1991.
Barb has trained in a variety of massage techniques; Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Thai, Reflexology, Reiki, and SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique).
Barb states that, “I use a blend of these techniques to assist my clients in achieving pain relief and relaxation. I’ve always wanted to help people achieve optimal wellness without the use of traditional pharmacology or surgery. massage allows me, to help my clients achieve this.”

Lily Fineman, LMT (PA), ABMP
Lily is a Pennsylvania Licensed Massage Therapist. She is a 2008 graduate of The Everest University in Lakeland, Florida where she earned her degree in massage therapy.
Lily holds a degree as an Occupational Therapist Assistant from Kent State University.
Lily specializes in the Barnes method of Myofascial Release since 2004.
Myofascial release (MFR) is an alternative medicine therapy that treats skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.

Heather Inman, LMT (PA), ABMP
Heather is a 2024 graduate of the Pittsburgh Technical College where she earned a degree in massage therapy. Heather is a Pennsylvania Licensed Massage Therapist and a Member of the Association for Massage and Bodywork Professionals.
Heather has been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2015. She has worked in emergency department, cardiovascular and hospice care.
Heather also coaches youth baseball and basketball teams.
Heather states, ” I am passionate about massage therapy because of the benefits it gives to people holistically. I am excited to be joining Russ Medical, and learn more about massage to be able to make people within my community feel better. “
